Booking & Assignment
After you decide to book, we’ll assign a professional truck driver to transport your vehicle.
Our drivers are highly experienced and NAT-certified, meaning they are trained to handle all types of vehicles.
This ensures your car will be loaded, secured, and transported safely.
Booking & Assignment
Wash your vehicle before pickup. This helps clearly identify any existing dents, scratches, or damages.
Document the condition of your vehicle by taking pictures or making a written record. This serves as proof in case of disputes.
Run your gas tank down to one-quarter full – not completely full, as a full tank adds unnecessary weight and can be unsafe during transit.
Remove all personal items from the vehicle. Transporters are not responsible for personal belongings left inside.
Remove toll tags and parking passes, as these could get charged while in transit.
When the driver arrives, a proper vehicle inspection will be done before loading.
The driver will carefully note the condition of your car.
You will also be given a copy of the driver’s inspection report for your records.

Once your vehicle is on its way, our team will provide you with regular updates on the shipment status.
This ensures you always know where your vehicle is during transport.
If you have questions at any stage, our team will be available to assist you.
At the time of delivery, inspect your vehicle thoroughly to ensure it has arrived in the same condition as it was picked up.
Only after you are satisfied, sign the delivery paperwork.
Payment must be made directly to the driver in cash only.
Please note: personal checks and credit cards are not accepted. Make sure you have the cash ready beforehand.
